YOUNG LEADER AS
One act is all
it takes.
WHAT WE DO
Through networking, community service opportunities, leadership development and mindfulness cultivation, our young professionals network engages and supports future leaders in different workplaces.
Whether it is to start a local young professionals community chapter or to coach one of our collegiate student chapters, Tzu Chi Young Professionals are encouraged to take the next step and become a leader for Tzu Chi USA.
Members of our Young Professionals network have the unique opportunity to acquire and develop leadership skills, advanced knowledge of Tzu Chi missions and experiences in program development.
Young Leaders in Action
The network welcomes like-minded working professionals under age of 40.

My favorite Jing Si Aphorism is:
In the face of adversity, be grateful, for such opportunities do not come by easily.
JINGSI APHORISM BY MASTER CHENG YEN
Tzu Chi constantly invokes and reminds me of my superpower: gratitude. This profound ability has helped me embrace all the good and bad in life. It was difficult to trek through numerous company layoffs and rejections from MBA programs when I first started out. But, when gratitude began to work its magic on my life, it helped me look at things from new perspectives and helped me eventually succeed in my career in UX design. Now, I’m a managing partner at my company, and I love what I do. Unforeseen challenges will definitely arise in the future, but I feel empowered to have this powerful tool to protect, support, and guide me through life.
