YOUNG LEADER PROGRAMS
Tzu Chi Young Leaders is a network of college students and recent graduates who are committed to making an impact through collaborative, community-focused efforts, and provides a platform for youths to develop, organize, and execute meaningful projects.
Youths engage in after-school tutoring, environmental advocacy, community cleanup events, assist at local food pantries, hot meal distributions, medical outreach, and so much more.
Some of our programs that empower Young Leaders include a national TCCA Leadership Conference, Tzu Chi Annual Community Weekend, Compassion In Action Prize Challenge, TCCA College Bound Program, regional retreats, a Healthcare Career Mentorship Program, travel aid to attend the Global TCCA Convention, and internship and job opportunities at the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation.
